They provide very prompt service to get any issues resolved. We have worked with other firms in the past, but they have a more knowledgeable team, quicker service, and technologically savvy team to help maintain and service our technology. They have stepped up and helped with our old telephone system after the installation company went out of business even though it is not part of our support contract. If anyone is on the fence about choosing Johnson Business Technology Solutions, take if from us they are very professional, friendly, and respond to our needs in a timely manner. We have been very happy with the change.

When our systems went down Jason and his team worked non-stop to get us up and going...and to connect our entire team with remote access. They are always quick to respond. But I must also say that The Johnson team is very competent, and they know the technology inside and out. While others may guess what is wrong and how to fix it, they know what to do right away. The Johnson team has the knowledge and the experience to do the right thing the first time. And they never leave you hanging. I can always count on them to be there when we need them. Downtime is expensive for us. If you want to save time, frustration, and money, then you want the Johnson team. They get it right. But may I also say that I put a ton of emphasis on being trustworthy, and Jason and his team have solid integrity in every decision.

They are very attentive and triage issues to prevent the same problems from reoccurring.
