We have worked with other firms in the past, but they have a more knowledgeable team, quicker service, and technologically savvy team to help maintain and service our technology. They have stepped up and helped with our old telephone system after the installation company went out of business even though it is not part of our support contract. The Johnson team has the knowledge and the experience to do the right thing the first time. And they never leave you hanging. I can always count on them to be there when we need them. Downtime is expensive for us. If you want to save time, frustration, and money, then you want the Johnson team. They get it right. But may I also say that I put a ton of emphasis on being trustworthy, and Jason and his team have solid integrity in every decision.
